LASP Managed Hunt Day 1

After last year's disappointing results, 2008 hunters have had more luck. As of midday on day 1, 6 deer (5 does/1 button buck) were harvested. After working the hunt last year, it was nice to get out and experience the woods as a participant. No luck in the harvest, though!

PA Fall Turkey Season

Was able to get three days in this season. Turkey population is excellent this year. There were birds all around the cabin and even roosted in the hemlocks right on the property. Looking forward to spring gobbler.
